Basic/Basic+ Yoga

Mixing both flowing and held poses, this class is great for both those new to yoga and those who have been practicing for a while.  We will incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, and a bit of humor to help you reduce stress, sleep better and feel great.

There are no Basic Yoga classes being taught at this time.  If you are interested in private individual instruction or classes for your group, please call Deb at 248-812-YOGA (9642).
